नक्रः स्वस्थानमासाद्य गजेन्द्रमपि कर्षति।
स एव प्रच्युतस्थानात् शुनाऽपि परिभूयते॥
nakraḥ svasthānamāsādya gajendramapi karṣati|
sa eva pracyutasthānāt śunā'pi paribhūyate||
When the crocodile is swimming in his natural abode, water, it would even drag and drown even the strong elephant coming by the waterfront. But the same crocodile when sitting on the open banks would have even stray dogs running around it and barking.
