I had posted a quote from chanakya about looting the public Exchequer. Someone asked who are the rulers or kings today.

And the babus are those in administration either as political appointment or through public selection.
I have seen even the department which I worked for almost 40 years packed a lot with such great personages.
Loud protest and righteous indignation may sound attractive seem appealing and even soothing but truth is truth.
No one is ready to offer even half the worth of services for which we are officially paid.
